Pricing and procedure

1. How does the quotation process work?

   After you contact us we will come round to your property to give you a free quotation for the work you require.  At your property we will take various measurements and records to help us come up with the best solutions for you.  Within two working days you will then be sent your quote via telephone, post or email.  If you wish to proceed you can either tell us straight away or within two weeks of receiving your quote and we will then book a date for your job to start.  The quote you are sent will explain all of this very clearly and outline every detail of the work to be carried out.  Once you are happy with the terms both parties will sign a copy so everybody is aware of what work is required, when and the cost involved.  

2. I want my garden landscaping? Shall I fill out the online estimate page?

   Only if you want to! The online estimate page is designed for us to give people a rough estimate of the cost of the work involved, it never replaces the free quotation process which gives you the final, accurate cost of the work.  It is helpful to us if you fill it out and can be helpful for you in getting an idea of exactly what you want, but if you dont have the time then just email, text or call us instead with your inquiry.  If you do fill out the online estimate form we will email you within 24 hours to give you a rough idea of the quantity of work and the costings and arrange a visit to give you the full price after assesment of the site.

3. I am a garden landscaping customer and require a new product for my garden; do I still pay delivery charges?

   No. Providing your order is placed before the work on your property is completely finished then you dont pay the delivery charge for any additional products you require. Please note however that if you require the products installing, where applicable, then installation fees still apply. Non-landscaping customers still have to pay applicable delivery charges.

4. How much does it all cost?

   Landscaping and garden construction prices vary greatly which is why the free quote consulattion period is important.  Not everyone can afford the nicest sports car available and similarly very few can afford to get the most expensive landscaping materials available. If you can great!! If you cant dont worry! The idea of the free consulation process is to design your garden around your requirements and your budget.  You will be amazed at how much we can do with a small amount of money! So whatever your circumstances dont hesitate to get in touch.
